1. Shenzhen Keysun Precision Technology Co., Ltd. originally established in 2001, specialises in the design, development, and manufacturing of precision metal products and components. With particular expertise in the field of knife assemblies for mid-to-high-end small household appliances, the company has achieved domestic leadership through years of technical refinement and process optimisation. Collaborating with renowned international and domestic electrical brands, its professional expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and service reputation have earned the trust of its clientele.

2. Primary Production Process: Client Requirements → Engineering Design → Prototype Sampling → Mould Design and Manufacturing → Precision Stamping → Heat Treatment (as required) → Precision Grinding (as required) → Electrolytic Polishing (as required) → Riveting/Welding (as required) → Full Inspection and Packaging.

3. Workforce: 10 management personnel, 15 technical staff, 10 quality assurance personnel. Facilities comprise 3,000 sq m factory space and 1,000 sq m dormitory accommodation. Annual output value exceeds RMB 50 million.

Production Capacity:

1. Annual output: Over 30 million units of various metal products, metal components, and small appliance blade assemblies.

2. Production Equipment: Over 150 units including: 33 punching presses (comprising 20 Taiwanese Seyi high-speed continuous presses); 30 specialised knife grinding machines (surface grinders, tooth-cutting machines, end-face grinders, strip feeders, custom-built precision grinders, etc.); 5 wire-cutting machines, 6 milling machines, 3 grinding machines, 2 conventional lathes, etc.; 5 spot welders, 1 shearing machine, 5 riveting machines; a range of tapping, drilling, milling, and custom automated machinery;

3. Common Materials: Stainless steel (SUS316, SUS304, SUS303, SUS201, SUS420J2, SUS430, SUS440), nickel silver/ Brass / Phosphor bronze / Beryllium copper, Cold-rolled sheet / Galvanised sheet / Electrolytic sheet, Aluminium, Tungsten steel and various other metallic materials;

4. Surface treatments: Electroplating (Ni, Ag, Au, Sn, Ti titanium, Zr zirconium), Polishing, Sandblasting and oxidation, Powder coating, Oil spraying, Electrolysis, Electrophoresis, High-gloss finishes, etc.
